Explore the holiday cottages
Each individual holiday cottage has been sympathetically converted to an extremely high standard from the original mill house and farm buildings. Character features such as exposed beams blend seamlessly with modern comfort and convenience to provide a relaxed environment for your holiday in Cornwall.
All holiday cottages are provided with fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, video and DVD player, radio/CD player, barbecue, garden furniture, and central heating. There is now free WIFI available in all cottages. Bed linen is also provided.
Cots and high chairs are available on request. Heating and electricity is included in the tariff; as are logs for the wood burners for when the nights get cooler.
Change over day for holiday cottages is Saturday and you may arrive from 3:00pm onwards.

Mill House & Wheel House : sleeping 8 each
These holiday cottages are semi-detached and retain the original water wheel. The doors from the living rooms open into enclosed gardens with patio areas.
On the ground floor of each holiday cottage there are three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large open plan living area with lofted ceilings and exposed beams, a further bedroom and a shower room.
From the first floor you can enjoy the views across the valley towards St Newlyn East.
The four bedrooms are configured as two rooms with twin beds and two rooms with king size beds. Each cottage has its own gardens with barbecue areas.
If combined the holiday cottages can also cater for those really large family celebrations.
The Stables : sleeps 4
The Stables has a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove for when the nights turn chilly, spacious kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms; one king size, one twin, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
This is a very roomy holiday cottage.
The doors from the lounge open directly into an enclosed garden with patio area, ideal for barbecues. From here you can enjoy the views across the valley towards St Newlyn East.
Dogs are welcome in the Stables.
The Piggery : sleeps 4
The Piggery has a lovely open plan living area with a wood burning stove, two bedrooms; one double and one twin and a bathroom with a separate shower.
The doors from the living room of the holiday cottage open onto a raised deck overlooking the playing field and the most stunning view of the Cornish countryside.
The Stables and Piggery share a secluded courtyard and are ideally suited for two families wishing to holiday together.
Holiday Cottage Facilities
The holiday cottages are set in extensive 7 acre grounds providing plenty of room for exploring, ball games, kite flying etc. There are some beautiful places to walk and some lovely quiet lanes to explore on bicycles, or on foot.
An outdoor children's play area and well-equipped indoor games room, with a pool table, table football, table tennis and lots of games, are provided for all guests. A large hot tub and sauna are also available.
